Adaptability

Sometimes all elements of a project will not be clearly defined. Operating from an agile, flexible, and at-times innovative mindset is important to being adaptable and moving projects forward. Delta Core Skill: Adaptability is the ability to adjust and respond effectively to changing conditions including being relisient, which is the capacity to maintain composure and optimism in challenging circumstances and quickly recover from the impact of rejection or push-back.
